| The Cabinet for Health and Family Services’ DCBS Initiative includes START, K-START, Solutions and FISHN projects. Together these programs have agreed to collect Kentucky Treatment Outcome Study data (KTOS) as part of the project in order to provide information about these clients. During this fiscal year, DCBS will be examining the child placement and safety outcomes for the children of clients who will be served under these contracts. |
